randall977 Posted October 18, 2010 Report Posted October 18, 2010 (edited) This is a basic photo guide on how to remove a 2nd generation Sony head unit and in my case install a Nokia CK100 bluetooth hands free kit. I used a SOT092S adapter so the Nokia ISO cable would fit to the cars Quadlock connection. Step one - carefully prise the wood trim from the dash using a hard plastic tool. http://farm5.static.flickr.com/4108/5001448722_719041cef0_b.jpg Step two - carefully prise the lower trim away. http://farm5.static.flickr.com/4104/5000847943_6d5c5c4423_b.jpg Step three - remove the torx screws and remove the upper trim to reaveal the head unit torx screws. http://farm5.static.flickr.com/4133/5000847857_e67e9f4954_b.jpg Step four - fit CK100 and loom - I fixed mine here with a zip tie. http://farm5.static.flickr.com/4091/5001448630_3e61c57b21_b.jpg Step five - reinstall everything.
